I’m Andrea, the founder of Clear Mind Herts, and I believe true wellness comes from balancing both mind and body. My journey into holistic health began with my own experiences of overcoming challenges and discovering how nutrition, lifestyle and therapeutic support can completely transform wellbeing.
Over the years, I’ve trained in Hypnotherapy & Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), Sports Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching, and complementary practices like BEMER Therapy and Decluttering for Home Wellness. This unique blend allows me to support clients not just physically, but emotionally and mentally – helping them feel lighter, calmer, and more confident in everyday life.
Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, clarity around nutrition, or deeper support to break free from limiting patterns, my role is to guide you with compassion and practical tools. I’m here to help you create lasting change, so you can live with more balance, resilience, and joy.
